ADMIN:

*This post contains some affiliate links, which means when you click through and purchase I make a small commission, at no additional cost to you!

What I’m Wearing:

I’m snug in my Hope & a Future Wrap. It’s a cozy, over sized scarf/wrap in fingering weight yarn, perfect for mini skeins (advents skeins?!).

Other admin bits: have you checked out last week’s Box of Socks video yet? I share all the socks I made in 2021, as well as my favorite tools and resources to get you sock knitting!

WIPs:

Socks. All I have to show for myself is more socks. I am working up a pair of *basically* Blueberry Waffle Socks by Sandy Turner in some scrappy yarn bits. The main color is Paton’s Kroy Clover Colors (affiliate link), and I used West Yorkshire Spinners Signature 4-ply in the color “Cardamom” held double with a gray nameless single plied mill end that I got when I visited Green Mountain Spinnery (you can watch the mill tour here!)

Aquirings:

I’ve been holding onto this “acquiring” for weeks! I got my first VIP box from Pam of Crochetprenuer Business Academy and I am excited to share the goodies inside with you (if you don’t watch spoilers, skip that part of the video!).

I’ve talked about my love of Crochetprenuer Business Academy before (you can see my review of the program from last june HERE), and probably will again, as it’s been an absolute game changer for my business. I’ve gone from constantly comparing myself to other businesses and kinda making stuff as I go, to really having a clear and confident vision for my business. I’ve been able to sort out who I want to be as a business owner/CEO and what I want Fiber & Fox to be for me. And I have an invite for you if you’re looking for the same clarity for your crochet business!

Pam of Crochetprenuer decided it was time to put together an event to help crocheters go from hobbypreneur to crochet CEO so they can work with more structure, more strategy…and generate more profits!

It’s a TOTALLY FREE 5 day event on February 7-11th (2022) to help you take you business (whether you’re a crochet product seller, a blogger, a designer, or a combination thereof!) from the hobby mindset of sort-of-kind-of knowing what you’re doing, but mostly making up, to running your business from the mindset of a CROCHET CEO. You’ll get a jumpstart to getting your business on the right track, and also get a little preview of what Crochetprenuer Business Academy looks like and the difference it can make in your business.

The event will be hosted in a private facebook group, with daily lives and lessons with take home assignments to get you acting like the profitable CEO you want to be! You can save your seat in the Hobbypreneur to Crochet CEO challenge HERE! (*yes, its a affiliate link, but I promise, all completely free on this one!)

Then, at the end of the challenge the doors to Crochetprenuer Business Academy will also be opening for a short window. This only happens a couple times a year, so if you’ve been on the fence, I highly recommend joining the challenge (or/both/and at least checking out this free, short webinar that will give you a little taste of how we operate in CBA) and jumping in while the doors are open!

Registration for the academy itself will be open from February 14th-18th -and won’t be open again until June, so don’t wait! If you have any questions, or want to chat more about my experience and success being in CBA, shoot me and email at bella@fiberandfox.com or DM me – I could talk about this stuff all day. I am an affiliate, but I promise you that this program has revolutionized my business and my view of it, and I’d love to see you get the same direction and enthusiasm for yours!

I hope you join us!

That’s all the everything for this episode – see you in episode 47!
